• Essays will be appraised by the Steering Committee of the R2P Coalition.

• All submissions to the essay contest are judged anonymously.

• Essays are judged both on style and content.

• Decisions of the jury are final.

• The winners and other entrants will be informed of the decisions of the jury by e-mail by July 1, 2007.
